Sharjah, one of the seven United Arab Emirates, differs greatly for its sister cities Abu Dhabi and Dubai. While being a second-to-none recreation area with wonderful white sand beaches, shady palm groves and banana orchards, fantastic succulent food and luxurious hotels in flamboyant Arabian style, Fujairah nevertheless lacks some activeness of its nightlife entertainment. The Emirate consists of three enclaves: Kalba, Khor Fakkan and Dibba Al Hisn.

Despite its somewhat drowsy nights that do not boast such adventurous time passing as that of, say, Dubai, Sharjah Emirate can make a perfect place vacation place for spending romantic evening with your loved one. This place is very popular among tourists who wish to hide away from the curious eyes of lookers-on and spend some valuable moments unobserved far from the hustle and bustle of big cities.

The major night-out attraction for the couples who are having their holidays in Sharjah is a romantic night-time cruise in Khalid Lagoon, an artificially created lake in the center of the city. During the cruise you can enjoy having a meal with your partner, friends or family members in one of the fabulous Arabian style restaurants where everything, starting from cushions on the floor and soft sofas and finishing with great oriental sweets and delicacies, reminds you of ancient Arabian fairy tales.

Sharjah is nearly the only emirate in the UAE which in fact has no signs of active nightly hanging out venues like dancing clubs, discotheques, nightclubs and miscellaneous night bars. So, if you are willing to spend some peaceful days in a quiet place undisturbed, Sharjah is just the optimal place for you to pull off to.
